I cannot recommend this team enough. My pet was seen on the same day as I called and immediately treated. The vets and veterinary nurses were detailed in their examination and treated my pet with continued respect and care. The reception staff are friendly and considerate. Liz in particular was very helpful and empathetic. Overall, a professional and caring place.

Great vets, always very welcoming. All staff are helpful l and they have really helped me and my elderly cat, they were very supportive when it was time to put her to sleep. They are a bit on the expensive side though. I was in there for 5 mins once all for the vet to say he signed my cat off for a treatment and that was it and that cost me over £30!

Only 4 out of 5 cos sometimes one of the vets makes us feel inferior. Nothing wrong with the service just needs people skills training!

I cant express how happy I am with the service here. Ive been taking all of my pets here for years. Michael is a wonderfully considerate and knowledgeable vet and the staff on reception very friendly but professional. I don't feel with them that my animal is just another for money and taken in and out as quickly as possible. Time is spent getting to know and solve any problems as well as analysing causes and ways to go about making my little ones better. I am currently going through an illness with my little dog at the moment and they truly do care. Wonderful people, exceptional service and care.

After a short battle with an aggressive form of cancer my beautiful almost 14yr old doggy was sadly put to sleep here last month. It was the most heartbreaking thing me and my family had ever had to do. We were left broken. I cant thank all staff at pdsa enough for thier compassion, help and support through this sad time. They allowed us to stay with our girl for a good while after she had passed and we got to say our goodbyes. My little lady went with the dignity and love she deserved. We are still getting over losing her but our hearts rest easy knowing the horrible process was made as painless and bearable as possible for her and us.

Were fantastic when my 17 year old dog past away. Just as great with my new 18month old rescued dog . Patient understanding and great communication.
